This past weekend I went to my first Georgia Bulldogs baseball game! We had a fun weekend with friends between the beautiful towns of Athens and Washington, GA. were laughs, salt and sugar where everywhere!
It’s completely normal (and fun) to fall off the wagon sometimes but the important thing is to jump back in. That’s why today I want to share with you a recipe that’s perfect to detox your body after a day, week or even month full of sugar and sodium.
This lemonade is one of my favorite combinations I’ve come up with in the juice department. It’s sweet, refreshing and full of green goodness that will make you feel energized and clean from the inside out.
Serves: 2 Prep Time: 10 min. Cooking time: - Total: 10 min.
- 2 cups spinach
- 3 cups kale
- 4 big green apples
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Chop all the ingredients and run them through a juicer.
P.S. If you don’t have a juicer you can use a blender. Just add 1-2 cups of filtered water and then run the mix through a strainer.
