I didn’t grow up eating fries or many potatoes of any kind, but when I moved to the U.S I fell in love with sweet potato fries.
They’re definitely one of my biggest guilty pleasures so naturally I make them pretty often at home.
The good thing about making a decadent recipe in your kitchen is that you have control over the quality of the ingredients that you’re using to assure you’re giving your body the best that Mother Nature has to offer.
These sweet potato fries are the perfect companion for any meal! You can use regular sweet potatoes but I highly recommend you to use yams because they take the flavor to a whole different level.
