Chunky Mexican Salsa

I love tomatoes and definitely my favorite way to eat them is in a good chunky salsa using chips as transportation mode...

A good Mexican salsa makes for a delicious snack, salad dressing or healthy side for any meal.

This recipe is super simple yet yummy and you can eat a whole bucket of it without feeling any guilt… Hard to resist!

Serves: 4                    Prep Time: 15 min.                    Cooking time: -                    Total: 10 min.


  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½ yellow onion
  • ½ jalapeño pepper
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil


  • Finely dice the tomatoes, onion and pepper.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon.
