Serves: 4 Prep Time: 15 min. Cooking time: - Total: 10 min.
- 3 tomatoes
- ½ yellow onion
- ½ jalapeño pepper
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Finely dice the tomatoes, onion and pepper.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon.
